Whole wheat toast with strawberries and egg. I have this as a standard breakfast daily. Is this healthy?

This a really good breakfast, lunch or dinner. It’s high in fiber thanks to the strawberries which help fill you up, provides you with high quality protein from the egg to help keep you satisfied and gives your needed carbohydrates from the whole wheat toast (make sure the label states 100% whole wheat). Eggs got a bad reputation a few years ago, but research is now showing they are a great protein source and don’t increase the risk for heart disease.
