Pizza is the “perfect” food. You get all your food groups with each bite. Try to pick the 1 or 2 meats that you really love and add extra veggies. Two good size slices should be your portion so add a salad in order to feel full and satisfied. And, never ever feel guilty about eating this amazing food.
