Having an Egg McMuffin and hash brown. I usually have this twice a week for breakfast. Is this healthy?

Breakfast is really important to jump start your metabolism. Having eggs and an English muffin gives you the carbs you need for energy and the protein to keep you full and satisfied. Since the hash browns are fried, limit them to once or twice a week.
