Ginger has been proven to help ease nausea and curb diarrhea, and with its carminative qualities, it can reduce gas and bloating. Plus, ginger can help with cramping pains and digestion and is a strong anti-oxidant so it helps your whole body. But, unless you are drinking all natural ginger ale, you most likely drinking something that doesn’t actually contain any ginger.
