Is it safe to consume sweet juices like Orange Juice and Lemonade if they don’t have added sugars?

Fruit juices contain naturally occurring sugars and may be consumed as part of a balanced diet as long as they don't replace whole fruits. It is more beneficial to eat the fruit so that you get the other benefits such as fiber. You will most likely fill fuller and more satisfied eating an orange. Plus, chewing tells your brain that fuel and nutrients are on their way to provide energy.

One thing you can try is put pieces of fruit in water so that you get a hint of fruit taste.
