I really like salt and vinegar chips but I am trying to stay away from it because i've heard it's really bad on your shoulders...i'm an athlete. What could I replace it with that would be healthier?

You can still have chips and be an athlete. One thing you can do is make your own. Slice potatoes, put on sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil and bake. You could even use sweet potatoes for additional nutrients.
