Satisfy your sweet tooth while getting a dose of healthy fats in this pudding.

Not only is this recipe a one dish (or in this case blender) wonder, but it's also full of healthy fat and so creamy thanks to the avocado. The dark chocolate adds a slightly bitter flavor and some health promoting anti-oxidants.
