Enhance the natural sweetness of your vegetables by grilling or roasting them.

Although this recipe uses a baguette, it is not necessary so leave it out to make it gluten free. The marinade is slightly tangy which pairs beautifully with the enhanced sweetness that the grilling brings out in the veggies.
