Pasta is a not only a great pre-race meal, but also, good for recovery. When you race, you deplete your glycogen stores and need carbs to replace them.

One the best parts of an alfredo sauce is the creaminess. With recipe you get that same mouth feel thanks to a heart healthy avocado. You won't believe that there isn't cream, butter or cheese in this dish.
