Raspberries, applesauce and cinnamon mixed with old-fashioned oats make this homemade bar a home run for a quick snack.

Homemade granola bars are are usually easy and much better tasting with less sugar, fat and calories than store bought ones. Raspberries top the fruit list when it comes to fiber and are low in natural sugar.
