Burrata is fresh Italian semi-soft cheese made from mozzarella and cream. Its solid outer curd, which is made from mozzarella, is formed into a pouch and filled with soft stingy curd and fresh cream. Burrata has a buttery flavor that pairs well with tomatoes. It's one of those cheese where a little goes a long way.
