You can use strawberries in both sweet and savory dishes. They will add a whole day's worth of vitamin C and a hearty dose of filling fiber.

Tangy Greek yogurt is paired with sweet fresh strawberries to make a popsicle for both kids and adults.

Greek yogurt is thicker and creamier than regular yogurt because it is strained more, removing most of its whey. This results in a product that is higher in protein (keeps feeling full longer), lower in carbohydrates and has less sodium.
