I know that diner food tends to not be the best when trying to watch your weight, but I love going to our local diner for breakfast/brunch on the weekends. Do you have any suggestions?

Eggs and omelettes are a great way to get some protein with out too many carbohydrates or fat. Add some veggies and keep the cheese to a minimum for a great brunch! Try to avoid all the extra sides i.e. bacon, toast, biscuits, juice, etc.
